The carpet got soaking wet after the A/C backed up

The weather in South Florida is usually wet, hot, plus humid during the summer time weeks, and my family plus I have lived in Tampa for the past 20 years, however i moved here with my mom plus dad when I was a teenager plus I still live here this week.

I’ve grown accustomed to living in an area where the A/C is the most important appliance in your home, then the A/C has to work during the summer, or the two of us could all perish from the heat. Sometimes the A/C coils freeze up plus the two of us can’t use the A/C unit. This type of problem happens frequently when there is a good deal of heat plus humidity in the day. Sometimes my spouse plus I have to turn off the a/c just to give the machine a break. The temperatures Last month in Tampa were 98 degrees plus it was already 85 degrees when I woke up that day. The coils on the A/C unit were frozen by 2 p.m. plus the condensing line was clogged. This caused the water to back up into the area where the A/C is situated. The carpet got soaking wet after the A/C backed up, however luckily, my spouse plus I think that this problem can occur… Both of us didn’t have to contact a Tampa Bay A/C professional to handle the problem. Both of us pulled back the carpet plus used a fan to dry the area underneath. Both of us left the machine off until the two of us could clear the condensing line plus run the machine always. It was smooth sailing after the two of us cleaned the AC.
