Every year during the middle of October, the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is regularly held! This is an annual festival celebrating hot air balloons.
It is a week-long event that usually happens in the beginning of October.
When the festival began, there were merely a dozen of those hot air balloons. Last year though, there were as many as 600 odd balloons. The balloon fiesta is genuinely one of the largest tourist attractions around Albuquerque. It is a major source of income for all businesses in the Albuquerque city area. My family and I decided to head over to Albuquerque a couple of weeks ago. The bunch of us were already living in New Mexico, but Albuquerque seemed like a pretty sweet move. One big reason why Albuquerque appeared to be nice is due to the fact that it has a lot of cannabis dispensaries. My partner and I both use cannabis products. They are legal for recreational and medical purposes in the state of New Mexico… Albuquerque has about 40 odd cannabis stores within city limits. Before my partner and I went to the balloon fiesta this year, the two of us decided to head over to one of these cannabis shops to try some of their supplies. Both of us spent an entire day at the balloon festival and we were able to take a ride in a balloon. It was a little lavish if I’m being honest, but we didn’t believe we’d have the chance to do that again. It was the most enjoyable adventure and I was extremely scared to look down. When I finally did, it was a lovely view. People, trees, and cars look something like ants from thousands of feet in the air.
