It’s nice to enjoy some free events in Albuquerque with a big family

Did you actually know that you can request an official Albuquerque visitors guide? When my boys and I made the choice to visit Albuquerque, New Mexico, I ordered some free visitor guides.

  • The visitors guide lists everything to do around the city.

This guide includes visitor information on numerous eating establishments, arts and culture, outdoor recreation, and certain special events. I was able to discover the gay pride parade in the book. I was completely interested in a few of the free Albuquerque activities though. With a couple of boys, I cannot afford to take these guys to a lot of high-priced attractions. It cost me $125 dollars just to take the boys to Ripleys and we could only be there a few hours. I found out that there are a good amount of free museums and sites to visit, but none of those sites is the Albuquerque Museum of Art and history. It is actually located in the oldest part of the area near Route 66. The Albuquerque Museum of Art and history is totally free every Tuesday. When the boys and I go to Albuquerque, we regularly make sure to spend Tuesday at the Albuquerque Museum of Art. Another place the boys appreciate heading over to is the Petroglyph National Monument! Parking is merely $2 on the weekend, and admission is regularly free. As long as I bring along some discrete marijuana products, the afternoon is enjoyable for me. Being around people gives me nothing but anxiety, but thanks to recreational and medical cannabis laws in New Mexico, I can access my medicine without any real problems! Legal cannabis is a single reason why I moved my family here from Mississippi. The people I was with and I didn’t even have legal medical marijuana laws back in 2020.
