Frustrated, I called in to complain, & the director was so kind as to explain that the guy who was to come suddenly felt it
I was always skeptical about dealing with a supplier or service providers that had no reputation to bank on; However, when I moved to a new town due to a work promotion, I knew no 1 around & could not wait to have an air conditioner equipment fixed, however unsure of what to do but pressed by our comfort needs, I turned to the internet for a quick solution. I thought to find a temporary repair as I got to assume more people who would command the service provider that works for them. I came to lead the section of our supplier here since not many people had the directorial skills I possessed; My boss trusted me to do a nice task since I was fantastic with people, & I knew that I would hit it off with everyone in a few weeks! Before then, I had a pressing need to have a nice cooling & heating equipment since I was susceptible to temperature swings; Fortunately for me, an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier came up when I searched the internet for the nearest service provider. I booked a visit with the local tampa bay supplier, & they gave me a date & time for the visit. I stayed house that afternoon waiting for the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker assigned to our case, but no 1 showed up. Frustrated, I called in to complain, & the director was so kind as to explain that the guy who was to come suddenly felt it. He acknow-howd that they were in the wrong for failing to communicate earlier. He promised to reach the next day & even offered free insulation, which they honestly did. I was blissful that they were courteous enough to acknow-how their negligence & even own up to it, but no matter what the weather holds, I enjoy Tampa Bay, Florida
