How the HVAC company handled my florida weather complaints

I was always skeptical about dealing with a company or service providers that had no reputation to bank on.

Unsure of what to do but pressed by my comfort needs, I turned to the internet for a quick solution. I thought to find a temporary fix as I got to know more people who would recommend the service provider that works for them. I came to lead the section of our company here since not many people had the managerial skills I possessed. My boss trusted me to do a good job since I was great with people, and I knew that I would hit it off with everyone in a few weeks. Before then, I had a pressing need to have a good cooling and heating unit since I was susceptible to temperature fluctuations. Fortunately for me, an HVAC business came up when I searched the internet for the nearest service provider. I booked a visit with the local tampa bay company, and they gave me a date and time for the visit. I stayed home that afternoon waiting for the HVAC technician assigned to my case, but no one showed up. Frustrated, I called in to complain, and the manager was so kind as to explain that the person who was to come suddenly felt it. He acknowledged that they were in the wrong for failing to communicate earlier. He promised to reach the next day and even offered free insulation, which they actually did. I was glad that they were courteous enough to acknowledge their negligence and even own up to it. No matter what the weather holds, I love Tampa Bay, Florida
