We weren’t so sure why we all chose to travel at the same time.
However, we talked one evening at the bar and realized we all wanted to get away for some time during spring. The discussion became so interesting that we had to conclude we were traveling together. Our friend even came up with the brilliant idea of hiring a nice and big RV. Some were being advertised in the city that looked like those tour buses that the artists rode in. We wanted to make the trip as memorable as possible, so we opted to hire it. The whole trip consisted of seven friends, but one pulled out last minute, citing work issues. We left on a Friday since we wanted to spend the weekend in Colorado. My brother lived in Denver, so I called him earlier to inform him we were coming. He wasn’t available on Saturday but would meet us on Sunday. The bus camper that we got had the option of hiring a driver. That was a wise choice since we planned on taking alcohol. Plus, I wanted to tour the weed stores that had opened up in Denver. Weed is legal there, and so many shops stock the best cannabis products around. That first night we spent in Denver was epic since we got to go to the best clubs. When we got to the best spots on the bus, we got VIP treatment because people thought we were celebrities in the area for an event. On Sunday, the driver took us to my brother’s neighborhood where we spent time with his family before continuing with the trip.
