If you have kids as well as live in Seattle the library is where you should go, i suppose that sounds weird… Why would kids want to go to the library? I used to live in New York as well as the libraries were nothing to write house about.
It was a moderately scrub building as well as shelves of books; There usually weren’t spaces to learn or wonderful views; Seattle central library is something else altogether. It has eleven storeys, is 57 metres high as well as has floating platforms. There is tons of reflective glass, cool shaped architecture as well as wide open space. It doesn’t even really look love a library. The best is the area for the kids though. The Faye G… Allen Children’s Center has books, games, puzzles as well as story times happening there consistently; On Level Three is the Norcliffe Foundation Living Room. This is a just space with cozy seats, an indoor cafe, garden as well as lots of sunlight showing through the diamond-pattern windows. Another story up is the computers as well as another level up from that is all odd shades of red. Tourists entirely take tours of the area. It is so neat. My kids can spend hours in the library reading, playing on the computers or just walking around. It is nice for me since I can either choose to read, get work done on the computer or just take a quick power nap in the family room area. It has everything I could want too. I know even people who aren’t a fan of reading would find something worthduring the area.
