I make exercise a priority, and i workout every single day.
I love to handle our workouts in the day so that I can appreciate a better mood plus greater productivity for the rest of the day.
I also love to manage our exercise program outdoors. I have more space plus I appreciate the fresh air, and unluckyly, the weather has a large influence on the timing plus location of our workouts, living in Glenview, Illinois, the weather is unpredictable plus often extreme, however both of us deal with sub zero plus un-even temperatures in the nineties. Both of us get tons of snow, lots of rain plus brutal humidity. There are high winds, fog, hail, cold rain plus every imaginable weather condition to contend with. I am regularly happy for those perfectly mild nights that allow me to get up in the day, head directly outside plus appreciate a productive workout. I am so ecstatic when I can dress in shorts plus a T-shirt, rest on our back deck plus assume perfectly comfortable. The back deck is the ideal spot to workout. I have a lot of room to move around plus a gorgeous view of our gardens plus the woods behind our house. I see lots of rabbits, deer, groundhogs, foxes, turkey plus birdies. The fresh air helps to motivate me, and during the middle of summer, when the conditions are overly moderate plus humid, I workout as early as possible. I try to complete our exercise session before the heat of the day sets in; As fall approaches plus the weather turns colder, I need to wait longer plus longer for the day to sufficiently moderate up. I’m forced to dress in long pants plus a jacket, then eventually it gets too cold plus wet plus I’m forced inside.
