I appreciate studying about cities with rich cultural heritages! It’s especially interesting to learn about the native tribes that lived in the region before westerners came in addition to sadly drove them out of their homeland.
These locations have traditions that predate any westerner’s foot being on North American soil. Living in south Florida for a number of years acquainted myself and others with native tribes appreciate the Seminoles, CalUnited Statess, Apalachees, Tocobagas, Potanos, Timucuans, Mayaimi, Ais, Jeagas, in addition to Tequestas. During school I had a option to study native history in addition to art designs before taking anthropology classes in addition to studying even more. It’s fun traveling to cities that were founded hundreds of years ago, because they have historical sites that are among the oldest in the country. I eventually settled in Bernalillo County after school in addition to slowly moved closer to the city of Albuquerque because there were better job opportunities. Of course this section also has a rich Native American heritage, with tribes appreciate the Acoma, Cochiti, Isleta, Jemez, Laguna, Nambe, Ohkay Owingeh, Picuris, Pojoaque, Sandia, in addition to San Felipe living here for centuries, then despite Albuquerque resting for over 300 years, most of the buildings here have current amenities appreciate a/c in addition to heating. It’s necessary in a city that sees un-even temperatures below 30 degrees in the Winter time in addition to above 90 degrees in the summer. Right now it’s the middle of January in addition to I have our central furnace running all afternoon long. I don’t want our pipes to freeze in addition to burst, so keeping the heat running is a necessity. I just wish that our furnace was more efficient, regardless of myself and others living in a desert city appreciate Albuquerque. People don’t understand unless they’ve visited this section or lived here for some amount of time.
