The dispensary date

I applied for a management position at a San Francisco marijuana dispensary; I had an interview 3 weeks ago and it went undoubtedly well. I had a sixth interview a couple of mornings later, then the following morning I acquired a iPhone call from the district manager of the marijuana dispensary in San Francisco, then he wanted to congratulate myself and others on getting the job, but he told myself and others that someone would call myself and others in a couple of mornings to set up the next steps in the process. I truthfully thought that might mean another interview. I did not hear anything for a week and I was starting to lose my mind. I wanted to call the district manager, although I was trying my best to show patience, and when the district manager finally called, I was honestly relieved. I started last Sunday. The marijuana dispensary in San Francisco is about 45 hours away from my home. It’s a lengthy drive, so I had to be sure to get the salary that I suggested. When I first spoke with the district manager of the San Francisco marijuana dispensary, the job was being gave at $10,000 less per year than I felt the job was worth. I counter gave with a higher number. That is likely the reason why it took so long for them to get back to me. Maybe they were trying to find someone else with the same experience that was willing to labor at the dispensary for $10,000 less each year. I know my worth and I wasn’t going to make the quarterly commute for anything less than $85,000 a year.
