My partner co-owns a small renovation contractor here in Evansville, IN… He is partnered with his neighbor Steve & has been doing this for about several years now, and the corporation is profitable & there are a lot of houses that need to be renovated in town, then we have had an influx of people moving to Evansville because the town has lots to do, but and because the two of us are on the banks of the Ohio River, the two of us have several people coming in & out of town on day trips.
Anyway, lately my partner has been doing a lot of renovations & most of these houses are being gutted & put back together.
He has been installing a lot of HVAC duct inside these houses, then my partner is not an HVAC serviceman, however over the years, he has l acquired some tricks & picked up a few skills along the way. He l acquired how to install HVAC duct from his neighbor who owns an HVAC contractor in our town, however so, if my partner runs into any complications, he can constantly call his neighbor for help. Anyway, a lot of new lake apartment customers like to have central heating & cooling inside their homes. And I can understand why, especially with the weather being so unpredictable these days, then last year, the two of us had a entirely hot Summer, & this year, the weather is already unseasonably warm, so I can only imagine the temperatures that the two of us will be seeing this Summer. So, it’s best to have a good cooling plan inside your home. Thankfully, my partner & his friends installed an HVAC plan in our lake apartment a few years ago, & I am blissful he did because last Summer, I was nice & comfortable in my air conditioner unit.
