I met with a customer as well as I provided the guy an estimate for a ductless Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit… The customer lives in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
The customer has been using my Heating, Ventilation & A/C services for many years, i installed an A/C for the guy a couple of years ago, however since then, that guy calls me every time he needs a tune-up performed on the heat pump or the A/C, then when I performed the tune up last week, I provided the guy an estimate for a ductless Heating, Ventilation & A/C component for the garage.
The customer told me that he was thinking about installing a window unit. I told the guy that a ductless system would toil out better, and even though it’s a bit more overpriced, it would last many more years than a traditional window unit. The Cocoa Beach, Florida customer thanked me for all of the information, but he told me that he was going to call a couple of other sites for estimates. I definitely didn’t mind. If the guy can save currency, then he should call other sites. I am pretty sure I have the best prices in the town as well as I know that I have the best customer repair in all of Cocoa, Florida, then just a handful of afternoons later, the same customer called to schedule an upgrade date for the ductless Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit. He told me that he found a cheaper price, although he didn’t care for the owner of the dealer. The other price was only $200 less than mine, so I agreed to match it. That news made the customer even more happy that he decided to use me instead of the other guy.
