My child came home from university & told me that the class was looking for volunteers to help with the fair. My fiance & I didn’t suppose what kind of volunteers they were looking for, however all of us signed up to help with the project; On the sign up sheet, there was a spot to list any special skills or services. I put in that area that I was an Heating & Air Conditioning dealer, the booster club must have seen a company & thought that I was a building expert. I am not a general dealer, so I entirely don’t have the same know-how & knowledge as a person that would be wonderful at building sets & scenery, when the Lee’s Summit university called to ask me for help, I didn’t want to say no. I told the lady on the cellphone that I would be glad to help in any way possible, however I wanted her to suppose that I was an Heating & Air Conditioning company & not a general building dealer; She didn’t seem to mind & told me to come to the university on the following Sunday so all of us could have a meet & greet. We used that time to find out how every skill & special talent could help the Lee’s Summit university district acquire cash for the upcoming field trip. Later while all of us were in the month the booster club president called me with a wonderful idea. She wanted me to get our boss to donate a portable A/C to raffle off at the university function. That was genuinely something I could do. I got our boss to donate a gas furnace & an A/C for the university function in Lee’s Summit, MO.
