My lady & I were renting a one family room home apartment in downtown Beverly hills. I was working at a marijuana dispensary nearby & our lady was working at an extravagant clothing boutique, and between the money I was making at the Beverly Hills marijuana dispensary & the money that our lady made at the extravagant clothing boutique, both of us had just enough money to spend our money for our one family room home apartment; Unfortunately, prices continue to rise every year. The owner of the apartment building told our lady & I that our rent was going up 20% at the beginning of the next year. All of us didn’t have a lease after January, so the supervisor of the apartment building could do anything that he wanted. All of us were paying $1650 for the home apartment & starting that year, the new price for the same apartment was going to be $1,985. My lady & I decided not to renew our lease at the end of January. All of us moved to a locale that is right outside of Beverly hills. There’s better deals on marijuana in the area, & both of us save on rent & utilities. My lady still drives to Beverly Hills to work at the clothing shop, however I quit our job at the dispensary & got a job working at a locale closer to home.
