An addition and more Heating and Air Conditioning for Massachusetts home

I have been looking into doing an addition for my Massachusetts home, and my spouse and I just need more space.

My fantastic friend and I figured out my fantastic friend and I can keep our new set up with each of us having our own office and a home office, however there is one room left for our baby.

My fantastic friend and I know my fantastic friend and I want at least two teenagers. It would be nice to have the laundry inside the house. I want an addition that adds two home offices and one more bathroom. It will cost a lot however be totally worth it. The con is that our new Heating and Air Conditioning equipment wouldn’t be able to handle that demand but, then so not only would my fantastic friend and I need to shell out the money for an addition, my fantastic friend and I would need to talk to an electrician, plumber and a Massachusetts Heating and Air Conditioning supplier too, then right now my fantastic friend and I own a central Heating and Air Conditioning system. It uses air duct to stretch from room to room to achieve the whole property temperature. It makes sense to affix onto that unit, then however, my fantastic friend and I would need a larger equipment and adding air duct seems like a pain. My spouse says my fantastic friend and I should just be all ductless Heating and Air Conditioning, get numerous indoor air handlers and thermostats, every room gets one for zone control capability. That way air duct isn’ta factor and everyone can be comfortable, zone control also saves money in the process since you don’t need to provide heating and A/C for unused rooms. I know our current laundry room would hardly need any Heating and Air Conditioning. Until my fantastic friend and I have the teenagers, the spare rooms won’t get used either.
