My partner says my friend and I should just be all ductless Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C, but get more than 2 indoor air handlers plus control units… Every room gets one for zone control capability
I have been looking into doing an addition for my Massachusetts home, and my partner plus I just need more space. My pal and I figured out my friend and I can keep our up-to-date set up with each of us having our own office plus a living room… There is one room left for our baby. My pal and I know my friend and I want at least two youngsters, then it would be nice to have the laundry inside the house. I want an addition that adds two living rooms plus one more lavatory. It will cost a lot but be totally worth it. The con is that our up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit wouldn’t be able to handle that demand however, and so not only would my friend and I need to shell out the money for an addition, my friend and I would need to talk to an electrician, plumber plus a Massachusetts Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier too, but right now my friend and I own a central Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. It uses air duct to stretch from room to room to achieve the whole condo temperature. It makes sense to affix onto that unit, and however, my friend and I would need a greater unit plus adding air duct seems like a pain. My partner says my friend and I should just be all ductless Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C, but get more than 2 indoor air handlers plus control units… Every room gets one for zone control capability. That way air duct is not a factor plus everyone can be comfortable, zone control also saves money in the process since you don’t need to deliver heating plus A/C for unused rooms. I know our current laundry room would hardly need any Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C; Until my friend and I have the youngsters, the spare rooms won’t get used either.
