I grew up in Minneapolis, MN, & lived there for the first 20 years of my life, but to be honest, I know that city like the back of my hand… My dad was laboring as a plumber while in those afternoons, & he would later run his own business! I’d ride with him to the tasks when I wasn’t in college or while in Summer holidays, and later, while in highcollege, I got a task at a popular mall downtown, & began planning for my future.
I wanted to become an actor, so I chose to learn drama & performance art in the east coast.
Every now & then I’d come back condo to be with my folks, & appreciate the locale where I grew up, however now, as an adult, I have a family that consists of a wifey & 2 teenagers, then whenever my friend and I can, my friend and I fly to Minneapolis to visit my dad who still lives in the same household where I grew up. My teenagers love being with their Grandpa & my wifey & I appreciate the vibrant nature of the city. There is so much to see & do, & amazing eating establishments & bars where my friend and I have superb food, & appreciate a bottle of wine. The last time my friend and I were there was while in summer, & my dad had to keep the air conditioner running in his home. Minneapolis is located in the Midwest, & summers are hot! So, air conditioner keeps the condo cool & comfortable. If you are thinking about going to see Minneapolis, there’s no exhausting season to do so, just be sure to keep in mind the weather fluctuations.
