winter time in MI can be a real downer, then temperatures are cold plus there is lots of snow.
The only thing that helps me get through the winter time is recreational marijuana… Recreational marijuana has been legal for consumption by MI residents since the year 2018.
Voters approved the MI marijuana act which allowed adults to purchase plus possess marijuana as long as they are 21 years or older. Retail sales in the state of MI are well regulated plus the only way you can purchase marijuana is with a valid state id, and it doesn’t have to be MI, as long as you have a valid state id. I was in the marijuana dispensary the other morning in Lowell, where I work. I overheard a guy who was complaining about the front desk. The front desk guy would not let the guy into the marijuana dispensary because he did not have a valid MI id, when the budtender would not accept his MI id, he presented a bizarre state ID plus the budtender contacted the manager. The manager told the shopper that he would be unable to let his into the Lowell, MI, marijuana dispensary. The guy had shown two bizarre identification cards plus the front desk decided to keep the second one. The guy said he was going to come back with the police, but I doubt he ever went back into that Lowell marijuana dispensary! Maybe he was trying to use a fake ID. I didn’t assume he looked much older than 21 plus maybe he wasn’t. It was entirely a great call by the manager.
