Last summer time I was absolutely annoyed inside of the house, but usually in Evansville, IN, temperatures aren’t almost 100°… Last summer time it was close to there plus I felt like I was roasting alive inside of my house; Temperatures were absolutely excruciating three or four afternoons in a row! On the fourth morning, I tried to turn the temperature on the cooling system down to 69° plus that caused ice to form on the evaporator coils.
Luckily, I found out that I did not have to call anyone to service the problem… I looked online for helpful troubleshooting tips plus there was lots of information about ice on the evaporator coils, most of the tips plus troubleshooting information told me to wait until everything was thawed out plus a couple of people even commanded using a hair dryer.
I decided to let the system thaw out on its own plus a puddle of water was underneath the cooling system when it was done, but several afternoons later, there was another problem with the cooling system. I decided not to call the service provider until the fourth time the cooling system broke down, even after I waited for the ice to go away, the cooling system still would not put out chilly air. I contacted the Evansville cooling supplier to schedule a repair. I was blissful to hear that they have services until 8:00 p.m, however wednesday through Thursday plus I did not have to pay any service fees that were extra even though it was nearly 7:00 at night when I finally called.
