I own a business in Lakeland, Florida.
The business is a restaurant and I offer dine in and take out services. There are customers in the restaurant during the evening hours, but lunch is usually very slow. I was having some problems with the air conditioning system in the restaurant, so I contacted a Lakeland contractor for an opinion. I contacted a contractor that was recommended to me by someone else in the same shopping center. The contractor gave me a bloated estimate for a brand new air conditioning system and refused to talk to me about repairing the old machine. The contractor told me that the place was old and the air conditioner was inefficient. He told me that the ductwork would need to be replaced if I was going to update the system with a new central air conditioning system. The guys sounded like he was trying to get a bunch of money out of me so I decided to contact a different contractor for a second opinion. I called another contractor in Lakeland, Florida, but this time I made sure to get someone that had great reviews for commercial repairs and installations. The second contractor from Lakeland didn’t even mention the problems with the ductwork and he gave me a reasonable estimate for half of the price. I knew that the other company was trying to get more money out of me and I am so glad that I decided to call a reputable contractor in Lakeland for a second opinion on the commercial air conditioner repairs.
