My husband and I took our teenagers to Tampa for the weekend… My buddy and I stayed in a condominium that was close to the water.
I found the condominium on one of those getaway rental websites, then the venue was nicer than the pictures and I was absolutely delighted that my friend and I found such a wonderful deal on a Tampa Bay rental.
The first night that my friend and I were there, problems with the AC device occurred in the middle of the night. My husband and I called the guy that was in charge of our rental but no one answered the iphone. The teenagers were miserable and it was about 90° inside of the condo. My buddy and I couldn’t open up the doors or the windows because there weren’t any screens. My buddy and I didn’t want to let the bugs inside of the house. My husband and I decided to contact a Tampa emergency repair service. My buddy and I plan to charge the bill to the landlord and getaway rental owner. My buddy and I only waited about an hour before a repair worker arrived to investigate the problems inside of the condo. The repair worker seemed to know our system entirely well. The guy must have been there once or twice in the past… When my husband and I got a hold of the getaway homeowner in the morning, he tried to argue with us about paying the bill. My husband threatened to take the guy to small claims court if he wasn’t going to handle the problems that occurred the previous night. My buddy and I tried to call multiple times and no one answered the iphone when my friend and I had a temperature emergency.
