Traveling the American Road

I decided to build a brand new house and the house is just south of The Villages; The Villages is an active adult retirement community, and I am only in my 40s, then i found a venue that is in Fruitland park, just below The Villages.

I got a fantastic deal on the land and I decided to build a new construction house there.

There aren’t a lot of Heating and A/C suppliers in Fruitland park, so I contacted a few sites in The Villages. I was surprised by the number of Heating and A/C suppliers in The Villages… A lot of the sites had unquestionably satisfactory prices and upgrade fees. I found plenty of suppliers in The Villages that were willing to help with the Heating and A/C upgrade part of the process for a satisfactory fee… Last weekend the supplier came down and spent half of the afternoon measuring for air duct. I thought about installing a ductless mini split system, but I decided to go with a traditional Heating and A/C system with air duct, then next week the supplier is going to come back and spend the weekend installing all of the air duct. After that I will be ready for the heating and cooling equipment. I have about 2 more months of work before I will be able to transport into the house. I don’t want to go to the new home until it is 100% ready. I want to be able to transport all of my furniture, clothes, and personal items at the same time. I don’t want to pay a moving company two times.

My child Jayden is obsessed with cars and motorcycles, so for his birthday, I took him to the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum… The museum is situated in the greater Birmingham area, which is about 20 minutes from where we live, and i thought this would be a fantastic way to celebrate his birthday because the museum has over 1,000 vintage motorcycles in addition to cars on display.

It’s also affixed to a track where we watched a live race.

I personally love the museum because it kept Jayden occupied for 3 or 4 hours. It would be a fantastic spot to take him during the Summer when the weather is sizzling outside… He prefers going to playgrounds, but the heat is becoming too much for me, however so, I have been finding more indoor playgrounds and attractions that have climate control, so that I can be comfortable, and jayden doesn’t mind not having a/c while he’s having fun, but air conditioning is the last thing that’s on his mind, but I need to have air conditioner in the Summer especially on those afternoons when the temperature is in the 90s. And over the last few years, Birmingham has been getting genuinely sizzling Summers. So, now instead of spending most of the time in outdoor playgrounds, I take Jayden to indoor places that have a/c. They include libraries, indoor adventure parks and playgrounds, and now I can add the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum to the list. Anyway, Jayden had a blast at the museum, and I am sure he can’t wait to go back. And as long as it is air conditioned, it will be a place that we frequent.

When my central Heating & A/C system up & quit on me I did some research, i wanted both heating & cooling. I wanted something powerful, energy efficient & that would last a long time. In my research I found a heat pump, however you get both heating & cooling in one single unit. It moves heat energy so it is incredibly efficient, then since it is ductless it can be used for zone control. I was so excited to have this system. I called my local Glenview Heating & A/C supplier immediately to get my heat pump installation, but the Heating & A/C worker informed me that they don’t sell heat pumps! Also, I didn’t genuinely want a heat pump in my home! He then explained that the heat pump needs existing heat in the air in order to function in the winter. If the temperatures drop below cold, the heat pump is worthless. I was seriously bummed to hear that Illinois gets too cold in the winter time that I couldn’t have a heat pump. The Heating & A/C worker did point me in the right direction though. He told me to look at dual fuel systems. This combines a heat pump & a gas furnace. So when the Glenview winters get severely cold, the gas heater will operate… When it gets a little warmer, the heat pump is tagged in. It fluctuations from gas to electric based. I then would have the energy smart heat pump as my AC device. I now just need to find a Heating & A/C supplier that will install dual fuel systems.

I grew up in Minneapolis, MN, & lived there for the first 20 years of my life, but to be honest, I know that city like the back of my hand… My dad was laboring as a plumber while in those afternoons, & he would later run his own business! There is so much to see & do, & amazing eating establishments & bars where my friend and I have superb food, & appreciate a bottle of wine. The last time my friend and I were there was while in summer, & my dad had to keep the air conditioner running in his home. Minneapolis is located in the Midwest, & summers are hot! So, air conditioner keeps the condo cool & comfortable. My condo in Lakeland, FL, provides over 2,500 square feet of living space, then it has been remodeled plus updated several times over the years! He told me to remember he had warned me, and the trip to Ralph Wilson Stadium was slow going because there were so several other pigskin fans going to the stadium, and my buddy and I sat in traffic for almost two hours. Monday was just like any other day, then i left the apartment for labor around 7:30 in the day. I kissed my wifey before I left… She was still sleeping in the bed, and at 8 months pregnant, she spends a lot of time resting in bed. I got to labor at the St! I was in the middle of the commercial AC repair when I got a cellphone call. I didn’t answer the cellphone the first time that it rang, because I didn’t guess the number. When the same number called back a second time, I decided to answer. It was the hospital in St. Petersburg… My wifey was in labor and I had to meet her at the hospital. I contacted my boss and I told him that I had to leave the commercial AC repair as soon as possible. My boss was gleeful that my wifey was going into labor and she told me to leave, then she was going to personally come to the commercial supplier to finish the repair so I didn’t have to worry. Three hours later, my child was born. If I would have stayed to finish the repair, I would have missed everything.
