I have been looking into doing an addition for my Massachusetts home.

My husband and I just need more space.

We figured out we can keep our current set up with each of us having our own office and a bedroom. There is one room left for our baby. We know we want at least two kids. It would be nice to have the laundry inside the house. I want an addition that adds two bedrooms and one more bathroom. It will cost a lot but be totally worth it. The con is that our current HVAC unit wouldn’t be able to handle that demand however. So not only would we need to shell out the money for an addition, we would need to talk to an electrician, plumber and a Massachusetts HVAC contractor too. Right now we own a central HVAC system. It uses ductwork to stretch from room to room to achieve the whole home temperature. It makes sense to attach onto that unit. However, we would need a larger unit and adding ductwork seems like a pain. My husband says we should just be all ductless HVAC. Get multiple indoor air handlers and thermostats. Every room gets one for zone control capability. That way ductwork isn’t a factor and everyone can be comfortable. Zone control also saves money in the process since you don’t need to provide heating and AC for unused rooms. I know our new laundry room would hardly need any HVAC. Until we have the kids, the spare rooms won’t get used either.

It’s going to be my first time in Fort Collins, Colorado and I am looking forward to the trip.

Recently, my brother relocated to this part of the country and has invited me for a visit. My brother and I have always been close. I think it helps that we are both only 2 years apart in age, so we did many things together. There was even a time we lied to people that we were twins, but that didn’t last too long. Still, we have always been close and believe in siblings helping each other out. When my brother said he was relocating to Fort Collins, I had to look up the city online since this was the first time I was hearing about it. I came to find out this is a lovely place for a person who loves culture and historical architecture. And I now understand why my brother accepted a job from a museum in the area. He didn’t take too long to find a place to stay and begin enjoying his life and new adventure. In two weeks time, I will go visit him now that he has the HVAC system up and running in his new home. The weather can be hot in summer and frigid in winter, so having a reliable HVAC system is essential. My brother sent me a list of the museums and art galleries we would visit and I can’t wait. Perhaps I’ll even extend my trip and get to see much more of Colorado when I’m there. It will be fun spending more time with him.

I have always heard good things about Denver, Colorado, not the least of which is their multitude of legal cannabis dispensaries. I found a dispensary that had a smokers lounge, and then sat down to get high for a while and study a map of Denver. One of the budtenders saw me, and offered to give me some advice on the best places to stay in Denver, and the coolest sights to see. He was quite handsome, and I was happy to have his help. We ended up chatting for a long while, and then he offered to give me a personal tour of downtown Denver. Although it is an hour away from where I live, for my first date with Jenny I decided we should drive to Muskegon for the evening.

Jenny had never been to Muskegon before, so I thought it would be a delightful evening to show her around.

There are a lot of great places to eat there, some nice bars and clubs, but mostly I love walking around the city. When the weather is right and the winds coming off Lake Michigan aren’t too strong, the shoreline of Muskegon is second to none. I thought Jenny would be impressed… and I was right! Muskegon is very close to Grand Rapids, as you all know, but it feels like somewhere a million miles away. Grand Rapids has more of a “big city” vibe to it, which I don’t particularly care for, and Muskegon has a slow, sleepy attitude that really appeals to me. There is no hustle and bustle here, the people are nice, and the locally grown Muskegon cannabis is simply spectacular. While we were walking through the downtown area Jenny wanted to pop inside one of the cannabis dispensaries and take a look around. Jenny smoked pot sometimes, but had never been inside a proper cannabis dispensary. Muskegon has several great dispensaries, and we just went inside the first one we saw. Not only did the budtenders set us up with some tasty edibles and a pre-rolled blunt, they also gave us a little map of Muskegon and pointed out the prettiest places to sit by the water. Like I said, Muskegon has a small-town vibe!

The first time I visited the great town of Lowell I was fresh out of high school, and wanting to make an epic road trip.

I decided to drive all around the state of Michigan, seeing all the famous historical sites and eating at the best restaurants.

The concept of my trip was to find great cannabis and food, and meet new people, and I got to do all of those things in Lowell. The historic downtown area in Lowell is very close to the Flat River, which was fascinating to me after a few bowls of OG Kush. Lowell has its own local versions of most of the famous cannabis strains, and in this case the OG Kush was called Lowell Kush. Since most of the cannabis is grown locally, they have chosen to name their strains after the city of Lowell as a marketing strategy, which I feel is very smart. I rented a room and hung around the streets of Lowell until I ran out of time and had to go back home.

When my husband as well as I toured houses in Minneapolis, Minnesota I enjoyed this one locale, it was set up honestly oddly but! The previous owner particularly added onto the space without any real plan.

The laundry room was right by the front door as well as also contained a bedroom, and adding onto the front meant all the powder rooms were in the back of the home as well as way too far.

For me I didn’t suppose it was a concern. I had never owned a home before though, then now that my friend and I passed on the home as well as are in our current house, I am glad my friend and I have a single Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit. I can’t imagine the work of maintaining, repairing as well as cleaning two Heating as well as Air Conditioning units in Minnesota. My husband was right too, two Heating as well as Air Conditioning devices means something major was wrong with that house. Too bad, since that entryway with those big windows was so lovely.

It makes sense to affix onto that unit, however, my pal and I would need a greater component and adding air duct seems like a pain. My husband says my pal and I should just be all ductless Heating and Air Conditioning… Get numerous indoor air handlers and temperature controls, but every room gets one for zone control capability.
